Hale and hearty

A good day should be with healthy breakfast and fruits.I noticed the difference between the days when i skipped my breakfast and when i had it…brain really focuses well when we start our day with good breakfast…but to my surprise all knows this fact but still we all skip it due to laziness or due to hectic schedules..
 Recently i made a new friend while chatting with her she said i generally dont eat breakfast as my shifts timings are from 11:00 am so i wake up late and  directly i have my lunch..We were together for 15 days training programme and during those days we were sitting in front seats of the hall from there she was unable to see the presentations made by our lecturers..I felt really bad that day thinking we people are running after work but not realizing for that we need energy if we keep on doing this it will result in many deficiencies and one fine day we will be only resting with no energy left in body..having food at right time is very important otherwise really our day will be very stressful..
If we really want to achieve something in life we need a good energetic body along with Hardwork..lets try to start our day with a healthy breakfast and timely lunch and dinner…I am sure it will be a very good beginning towards our goals..
